*** Marilyn had put a great deal of effort in the sale of our previous home. She went above & beyond, and did manage to sell it at a very good price. I knew she would put as much in this time.

*** Marilyn really listened to our needs. She showed us homes she thought were our style ( needs ). She even showed us a few & said " I don't think so, but you decide " & she was right.

*** We were overall very happy with the whole experience, right down to Marilyn helping us with the lawyers & everything else involved.

*** Our first time selling a house. Cold to the industry. Went with my gut instincts.

*** STRESS! Our agent kept us calm. Communication, answering questions. Popping by with a smile on her face. Knowing Marilyn was around at all times was re-assuring.

What was most inmportant to you in deciding which person to buy or list from?

** Marilyn is a professional. We met Marilyn 3 years ago when we were thinking of selling. we also had 3 other Realtor companies speak to us. At that time we decided not to sell. Marilyn was most thorough in her presentation, and we felt no pressure.

When you think of your real estate experience, what stands out most in your mind ?

** We have made a friend. Marilyn was always there for us. We never felt alone. She is a dedicated worker to her profession. Our calls were always answered promptly.

What could our Associate do to improve theier service and provide a more positive real estate experience ?

** As far as we are concerned, Marilyn is tops in this job. She goes over and beyond what is required to get every bit of information. We will certainly recommend Marilyn to our friends, should they be selling a home.
The staff at Johnson are friendly aand courteous, and that as well was appreciated.
